Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Reservation and Payment

A deposit of $500 per person will be required at the time of booking. Final payment will be due 60 days prior the departure dates. It is the responsibility of the traveler to determine that final payment reaches Joy Travel International on time. On bookings made within 60 days of departure date, full and final payment is due upon booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure will have a penalty of $200 per person. Cancellation received more than 30 days prior will have a penalty of 50% (of the total tour cost) per person. Cancellations received more than 15 days prior will have a penalty of 75% (of total tour cost) per person.

Cancellations received 14 days or less before departure or “no shows” will receive no refund. No refund will be made for transfers, city tours or any other services (including meals, accommodations or transportation) voluntarily not taken.

Insurance Information and Disclaimer

It is recommended that you obtain travel insurance from Travel Insured International, an affiliate of Joy Travel International. A flyer will be included in the travel package we send out to you upon receiving your deposit.
